LogiOps is a web-based transportation management platform designed for trucking companies and carriers. We help dispatchers, managers, and accounting teams organize their operations in one place.

When this policy says "we," "us," or "LogiOps," it refers to the LogiOps platform and team. When it says "you" or "your," it refers to you as a customer or user of the platform.

2. What Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you sign up and use LogiOps, you provide us with information such as:

Your name, company name, and email address when creating an account.
Billing information (processed securely through our payment provider — we never store full card details).
Operational data you enter into the system: loads, trips, drivers, trucks, brokers, invoices, expenses, and documents.
Files you upload such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and rate confirmations.
Messages or requests you send to our support team.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the platform, we automatically collect basic technical information to keep things running smoothly:

Your IP address and browser type.
Pages you visit and features you use within the platform.
Activity logs (who did what and when) — this is a core feature of LogiOps that helps you manage accountability within your team.
Device and connection information.

We use this information to improve the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell to third parties.

2.3 Information From Third-Party Integrations

If you connect LogiOps with third-party services such as QuickBooks or ELD providers, we may receive data from those services necessary to make the integration work. We only use that data to provide the integration feature you requested.

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and operate the LogiOps platform.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Send you important account notifications, such as billing updates or security alerts.

Improve the platform based on how it is used.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with parties who are not directly involved in providing the service to you.

4. Your Data Is Yours

This is important to us: all operational data you enter into LogiOps — your loads, drivers, invoices, documents, and everything else — belongs to you. We are simply the platform that stores and organizes it on your behalf.

You can export all your data in CSV format at any time directly from the platform. You are never locked in.

We do not analyze your operational data for purposes beyond providing the service, and we do not share it with any third party without your explicit consent.

5. Data Isolation and Security

5.1 Multi-Tenant Architecture

LogiOps uses a multi-tenant architecture, which means each company has its own completely isolated workspace. Your data is not visible to other companies using the platform, and their data is not visible to you.

5.2 Security Measures

We take data security seriously and implement the following measures:

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Data is stored on Supabase (AWS infrastructure) with strong access controls.
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Regular automated backups to prevent data loss.
Role-based access control — each team member sees only what they need to.

While we work hard to protect your data, no online service can guarantee 100% security. If a security incident occurs that affects your data, we will notify you promptly.

6. Who Has Access to Your Data

6.1 Within Your Organization

Access to data within your company workspace is controlled by you. As an Admin, you decide what each team member can see and do. Dispatchers see operational data relevant to their role. Accounting sees financial data. You have full control.

6.2 LogiOps Team

Members of the LogiOps team may access your data only when necessary to provide technical support or resolve a reported issue. We access customer data only with a legitimate reason and treat it with full confidentiality.

6.3 Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform:

Cloud infrastructure (Supabase / AWS) — for hosting and data storage.
Vercel — for platform deployment and delivery.
Payment processor — for handling subscription payments securely.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and are only given access to what they need to perform their specific function.

6.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process such as a court order. We will notify you whenever legally permitted to do so before complying with such a request.

7. What We Do Not Do

We want to be clear about what we will never do with your data:

We will never sell your data to any third party.
We will never share your operational data with competitors or industry aggregators.
We will never use your data to serve you advertisements.
We will never automatically report your data to government agencies or regulatory bodies.
We will never access your data without a legitimate reason.

8. Cookies and Tracking

LogiOps uses a minimal number of cookies necessary to operate the platform — primarily for keeping you logged in and maintaining your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the platform.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 60 days so you can export anything you need. After that period, we may permanently delete it from our systems.

If you request deletion of your account and data before the 60-day period, contact us at support@logiops.site and we will process your request promptly.

10. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your data:

Access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction — you can update or correct inaccurate data directly within the platform.
Export — you can download all your operational data in CSV format at any time.
Deletion — you can request that we delete your account and associated data.
Restriction — you can ask us to stop processing certain data in specific circumstances.

11. Children's Privacy

LogiOps is a business platform and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will close it and delete the associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the platform. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
