LogiOps is designed for companies and professionals in the transportation industry. To use the platform, you need to:
If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.
When creating your account, please provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, so it's important to keep your login credentials secure.
We recommend using a strong password and updating your credentials regularly. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@logiops.site and we will take all necessary steps to help.
You can create multiple user profiles for members of your team within your plan. Please do not share login credentials with people outside your organization.
LogiOps currently offers three plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly, semi-annual, or annual). Payment is made by card or another accepted payment method. If there is a billing issue, we will notify you and give you a reasonable window to resolve it.
We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Price changes take effect from the next billing period. If you disagree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Prices listed on our website do not include taxes. Each party is responsible for the taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, which is standard practice for SaaS platforms. However, if a billing error occurs on our end, we will correct it immediately. If you have a special circumstance, reach out to us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
We offer new users 14 days of free access so you can evaluate whether LogiOps is the right fit for your business. During the trial, you have access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial, your subscription continues automatically if you've entered payment details — or you can choose not to continue, with no obligations whatsoever.
LogiOps is designed for managing transportation operations: dispatch, invoicing, document tracking, expenses, and driver management. The platform is built for professional use within your company.
Please do not use the platform in the following ways:
If we notice usage that is harmful to the platform or other users, we may temporarily restrict access while we clarify the situation.
All data you enter into LogiOps is yours. We do not own it and make no claim to it. We use it solely to provide you with the service.
Each company has its own isolated workspace within the system — your data is not accessible to other users of the platform. We use modern cloud infrastructure (Supabase on AWS) with regular backups and high security standards.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The only exceptions are:
LogiOps does not automatically send any data to regulatory bodies, government agencies, or any third party. What you choose to send to a broker or partner is entirely your decision.
You can download your data in CSV format at any time directly from the system. Your data is always accessible and you are never locked into the platform.
If you decide to stop using LogiOps, your data remains available for download for 60 days. After that, we may permanently remove it from our systems. We recommend downloading everything you need before that period expires.
We follow good data security practices and regularly monitor system integrity. However, like any internet service, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you immediately.
8.1 The Platform: The LogiOps platform — its software, design, features, and content that we have created — is our intellectual property. Your subscription gives you the right to use the platform, not ownership of it.
8.2 Your Feedback: We value feedback and suggestions from our users. If you send us an idea or suggestion, we are free to incorporate it into the development of the platform. This does not mean we can use your name or company in marketing without your permission — we will always ask separately for that.
LogiOps integrates with external services such as QuickBooks, ELD devices, and payment processors. These integrations make your work easier, but we cannot guarantee their continuous availability as they depend on third parties. Use of external services is subject to their own terms. If a third party changes or discontinues their service, we will do our best to notify you in a timely manner and find an alternative.
We aim to keep LogiOps available 24/7 with as few interruptions as possible. Our target uptime is 99.9%, but like any online platform, we may occasionally have scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues. We will notify you in advance of planned maintenance. In the event of unexpected issues, we work to resolve them as quickly as possible and keep users informed of the status.
We work hard to make LogiOps reliable and accurate, but software is never perfect. If an error or problem occurs on our end, we will do everything we can to fix it as quickly as possible. Our liability in the event of an issue is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past three months. This is standard practice for SaaS platforms and protects both parties from disproportionate claims.
We are not responsible for business losses, lost revenue, or consequences arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the platform. We recommend always keeping a backup of critical data.
We provide LogiOps as it is, with all our efforts to make it as good as possible. We cannot guarantee it will be completely error-free or always available. Please use it with the reasonable understanding that software is always evolving and improving. If you notice a bug or issue, let us know — we prioritize fixing reported problems.
We expect you to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. If your use causes damage to our platform or other users, we may ask you to cover the resulting costs. This is not something we expect to happen — the vast majority of users use the platform correctly. This provision exists as a safeguard in rare cases of abuse.
This agreement applies for as long as you use LogiOps and your subscription is active.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without explanation — through your account settings or by writing to support@logiops.site. You will continue to have access until the end of your already-paid period. Refunds for unused portions of the period are not provided, which is standard practice.
In the vast majority of cases, we will never unilaterally shut down your account. We may only do so if:
In such situations, we will try to notify you in advance whenever possible and give you the opportunity to download your data before the account is closed.
After termination, your data remains available for download for 60 days. After that period, we may permanently remove it. We recommend downloading everything you need right away.
We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform or our business. We will notify you of any significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date means you accept the changes.
If a disagreement arises, we want to resolve it in a friendly and good-faith manner. Contact us at support@logiops.site and we will do our best to find a solution that works for both sides. If we are unable to reach a direct agreement, disputes will be resolved through arbitration. This is faster and more efficient than court proceedings for both parties.
This document, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and LogiOps. If any provision is found to be invalid, the rest of the document remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it in the future. You may not transfer these Terms to another company without our consent.
