This page explains how to cancel your LogiOps subscription, when we issue refunds, and what happens to your data afterwards. We keep it short and specific on purpose — you should not have to read the entire Terms of Service to find out how to stop paying us.
If anything here is unclear, email us at support@logiops.site before you do anything else. We would rather sort it out directly than have you dispute a charge with your bank.
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel: open Billing in your dashboard and click Cancel subscription. The screen tells you the exact date your access ends before you confirm, and the cancellation takes effect immediately — no email, no waiting for us. If you would rather not use the app, or you pay by invoice, email support@logiops.site from the address associated with your account instead. A cancellation request sent by email is effective from the moment we receive it, even if our confirmation arrives later.
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for a billing period that has already started. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of that period instead of receiving money back for it.
There are two exceptions where we do refund:
If the platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of a fault on our side, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund covering the affected days. This does not apply to downtime caused by scheduled maintenance we announced in advance, by a third-party service outside our control, or by problems with your own internet connection or equipment.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — you receive a full refund of the incorrect amount. We process these within 14 days of confirming the error, and we do not require you to justify the request beyond identifying the charge.
How to request a refund: email support@logiops.site with your invoice number and a short description of the problem. We will respond with a decision, and if we decline we will tell you why.
If your situation is not covered above but you believe a refund is fair, write to us anyway. We would rather look at it than have you go through a chargeback.
To request an export, email support@logiops.site. You can also export most of your data yourself from within the platform, in Excel or CSV format, while your subscription is still active — we recommend doing that before you cancel.
This retention period matches what our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service say about data after cancellation.
Any changes to this policy are published on this page, and the date at the top is updated. If a change is significant, we notify affected customers by email at least 14 days before it takes effect — the same notice period we apply to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Changes never apply retroactively to a refund request we have already received.
